We believe God is raising up a team to strengthen His Church, invest in the next generation, and help bring the hope of the gospel to communities throughout The Gambia.

We are looking for men and women with humble, servant-hearted attitudes who are willing to learn, love people well, and faithfully serve wherever God leads. Whether you have years of ministry experience or are just beginning to explore missions, we'd love to connect with you.

Opportunities to Serve

God uses many different gifts to build His Kingdom. Some of the ways you can serve include:

• Biblical Teaching & Discipleship – Help strengthen local churches, disciple believers, teach Scripture, and equip future leaders.
• Education – Serve alongside Christian schools by teaching, mentoring students, encouraging teachers, developing educational programs, or using your professional experience to support Christ-centered education.
• Children & Youth Ministry – Build meaningful relationships with children and teenagers through Bible studies, mentoring, sports, and outreach.
• Practical Skills & Trades – Construction, maintenance, agriculture, mechanics, technology, and other practical skills can meet real needs while creating opportunities to share the love of Christ.
• Medical & Healthcare – Use your training to care for people physically while demonstrating the compassion of Jesus.

What We're Looking For

More than specific skills, we're looking for people who:

• Love Jesus and desire to make Him known.
• Have a teachable, servant-hearted attitude.
• Value humility, teamwork, and biblical discipleship.
• Are willing to build genuine relationships across cultures.
• Desire to see healthy local churches strengthened and equipped.
• Long to see disciples who make disciples.

Serving Together

Our family serves in partnership with Missionary Ventures, which provides training, accountability, and member care for our ministry. At the same time, we believe God's Kingdom is far bigger than any one ministry or organization.

Our desire is to collaborate with churches, missionaries, Christian schools, and like-minded organizations that faithfully proclaim the gospel. We are not interested in building our own name—we are committed to seeing the Church of Jesus Christ grow, local believers equipped, and the gospel carried to those who have never heard.
